- Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original price tags, labels, packaging, and the invoice intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods (like food), custom-made items, and personal hygiene products (like innerwear or cosmetics) are generally final sale.
