Refund ProcessingOnce we receive your request, our quality team will verify the complaint:If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business daysRefunds are processed to the original mode of payment (Card/UPI/Wallet)If paid via COD, we will request your bank details for NEFT transferShipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our fault.4. Non-Refundable CasesRefunds will not be granted in the following cases:Product is used, damaged by customer, or not in original packagingLate requests after the 7-day windowProducts under non-refundable categories (personal care, food items, customised goods)5.
